Not at all! Most of our clients are at work or running errands during our visits. As long as we have access to your yard (via an unlocked gate or gate code), we will complete the service and send you a text notification when we finish and lock up.
We love dogs! If your pups are friendly and comfortable with visitors, they are more than welcome to supervise us. For the safety of our team and your pets, we just ask that aggressive or highly anxious dogs be kept inside during the 15-30 minute service window.
This is the core of our 'SafeYard Standard.' We use veterinary-grade disinfectants on all of our equipment and footwear between every single property. This strict protocol prevents the spread of parvovirus, giardia, and other common canine illnesses.
We double-bag the waste in heavy-duty, deodorized bags and place it securely in your outdoor trash bin. If you prefer or require us to haul the waste away entirely, we offer a haul-away add-on for a small monthly fee.
We work through light rain and typical coastal drizzle. However, in the event of severe downpours, lightning, or flooded yards, we may pause service for safety. If we miss your scheduled day, we will communicate immediately and reschedule for later in the week.
Absolutely. Security is our top priority. Our standard operating procedure requires a 'double-check' of all gates upon entering and exiting. We will always leave your property exactly as secure as we found it.
No. We operate on a straightforward month-to-month subscription. You can pause, adjust your frequency, or cancel your service at any time with zero hidden fees or cancellation penalties.
For your convenience, billing is fully automated. Your card on file is charged on the 1st of each month for that month's scheduled services. If you start mid-month, your first bill is prorated.
We do our absolute best to find every 'landmine,' but very tall grass, dense ground cover, or heavy leaf accumulation can hide waste. For the most pristine results, we recommend keeping the lawn mowed and leaves reasonably cleared.
If you step into your yard after we send our completion text and find that we missed a spot, just let us know within 24 hours. We will come back and re-scoop the area completely free of charge. No arguments, just excellent service.
